Declutter…Day 081

The question is: How great would YOU feel if you removed one unused item from your home each day for a whole year? The declutter challenge.
Toss, Donate, or Sell one item from your home every single day for one year.
No rules.
No advice.

Day 081

I discovered 4 more wall calendars from previous years that are now no longer here. For whatever reason, I convince myself each year that I just might want to frame one of the pictures. But I never take the time to choose which picture. So I hang on to the whole calendar. Now…for years! (I admit, I did tear two pages out to hang onto..just in case. Well, that’s better than keeping all 48, isn’t it?!)

What did you dump today?

You may have some more clutter removed today 🙂 well, for sure you got rid of Kolya and I! I think by the time I leave the box of wheat thins will be gone (does eating clutter count?) and the stuff Kolya and I bought at the store will be gone… I hope some stuff moved around to at least de-clutter my old room 🙂

  2. Quick post before the kids take over my house, haha! Be sure to check out my newest post as I blogged a little about a couple of our sweet friends….The Peipons 🙂 We hopefully will be able to send you the forms we talked about next week…sorry, it has taken so long! Luv~ Mel

I admire your declutter goals. I’ve started selling off this and that on E Bay. Perhaps you don’t have that option, but it sure is nice to get a little back from those items I no longer need. Do they have garage sales in Kyiv?

  4. razom112: You surely know that you’re NOT clutter — and I appreciate that we were able to reorganize a bunch of the stuff that you had to bring back for TEMPORARY storage!

Melanie: I’ll check it as soon as I finish this comment. Thanks for remembering about the forms!

morningjoy: eBay is an option — it’s the SHIPPING to wherever that is difficult. The post office here isn’t known for its handling of mail! And they DO have garage sales — actually “flat sales” — particularly if someone is moving back to the States or wherever…they’re a lot of work, though, if you don’t absolutely HAVE to do them!
