Teresa: You’re on! I’m amazed at how many of us are joining forces to hold each other accountable. Wayne Burgess’s wife here. He sent me this link with the warning to stay away from his desk! I threw out a packet of sugar from his trip to Ukraine a year ago. I doubt its still good and since we’ll be seeing you all in august, we’ll get more. I actually could throw away a piece of paper from his desk every day for a year and not make a dent! And HE’s the one who complains about the clutter. He should take the challenge. I’ll take it with you. And I’ll stay away from his desk. *sigh*

No, my house doesn’t need de-cluttering, but I am prone (as you know) to hang on to things with sentimental value. My closet is the last vestige of the old Lynne. No more! Let goods and kindred go, this mortal life also…

Anna: I thought this might make you a bit nervous. I’ll ask before I pitch anything that I think might be yours!

Ann: This will be much more fun with others doing it. If you go to the SAHMmy site you can see the kinds of things that she’s thrown away over the first weeks of her challenge. Anything goes!

Lynne: Your home didn’t look like it needed decluttering, but I’ll trust that you actually have 365 things to dispose of! YIKES — with Jim and Charlie BOTH knowing what we’re doing…well, we’re really in now! And for the long haul!

Melanie: Sounds like a good compromise for you — meeting the plane in New York. Still part of the adventure… We’ll be anxious to see Jason when he returns to Kyiv WITH the kids…we won’t be in the city o Monday, unfortunately. If he thinks he might need Jeanne once he actually gets the kids to Kyiv, be sure to give her a heads up! Or maybe Sergiy is planning to stay with him until he actually gets on the flight!

Decluttering…wow…I was just eating my breakfast watching an organizational show on home & garden TV and it always gets me motivated! I pray that your trip for the Visa’s is successful this time! Jason will be returning to Ukraine Monday and it looks like Grant and I will not be able to. We are going to try to meet him at the JFK airport to fly from there home with him. Sure do wish we could see ya again, but we will send lots of hugs for you by Jason Luv~ Melanie
